Below, are just a few favorites while I was pregnant for you moms-to-be:
These are great and don’t make you feel sick. A BIG plus in the first trimester. And if you order on Amazon, you can do the “Subscribe and Save” for every three months to get a great deal.
LARA Bars are great to throw in your purse whenever you’re starving and need a quick pick-me-up.
Early on, my friend Josie told me to rub my belly with olive oil everyday to prevent stretch marks. I heeded her advice and definitely think it helped. But when my sister, Cally found out I was basting myself like a turkey each night before bed, she helped me upgrade to One Love Organic Body Serum.
It does the same thing, but leaves you with a calming, lavender scent rather than feeling like poultry.
I’d love to tell you I did this everyday, but that would be a lie. However, I LOVED this pilates DVD. So easy and relaxing. Great for helping you stretch out, tone up, and feel more comfortable. And they make it so easy. You can just do a 10 minute segment if you’re short on time, or all 50 minutes.
As for maternity clothes, I highly recommend splurging on at least one nice pair of jeans. That’s pretty much all I wore. I got a pair of J Brand and AG from Pea in the Pod (after googling a great coupon). It’s pricey, but definitely worth it!
