Friday Favorites!

A new generation of Wahoos.  Best part of the game was when Lulu mimicked the fans behind us and started yelling, “Get it together refs!”  A woman after my own heart–I love this girl!

Happy Friday!  Are you ready for a fun fall weekend?!

Here are a few links to enjoy this Friday morning:

Beth Moore just posted a short devotional video on The Deceptive Heart.

If you’re decorating challenged, like me, check out this simple Thanksgiving arrangement from The Pioneer Woman.

Charlottesville friends, looking for a place to find super cute clothes at cheap prices?  Check out Charlottesville’s newest consignment store, Darling.  You might just even walk home with one of my cocktail dresses!  If you have some clothes lying around that you’re not wearing, you should consign them!  I’ve made about $350 in the past year on consigning clothes–I HIGHLY recommend it!

Need some yummy recipes?  B and I hosted a tailgate last weekend (this UVA football season, tailgating is really all we have left) and made some yummy recipes:

This Pan-Fried Onion Dip from Ina Garten is simply delicious!

B made these YUMMY ham biscuits.  As any good Virginian will tell you, the secret to a solid ham biscuit is the ham.  We got some Edwards ham that was amazing!  Then we melted butter and stone ground mustard to put inside.

And nothing says fall/winter to me like Ginger Snaps!  Paula Dean’s recipe is the best of the best!

Happy Weekend!
