Hi, Everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! We hunkered down and “nested” as we get ready for Baby Girl who is scheduled to make her arrival in less than two weeks!
Never one to plan ahead, we are now trying to squeeze four months of projects into these two final weeks. As I type this, there are two men in my kitchen ripping up my floor to make way for a new one…no time like the present to get things done!
Last week, I had the privilege of speaking at the women’s Bible Study at my church. We are doing such a fun series–“Bedtime Bible Stories: Not Just For Children Anymore…” where we take the stories we read and heard as children and apply them to our lives today. It’s been great!
I had the honor of speaking on Esther, one of my most favorite Bible stories!
If you’re interested in a mini-Bible study on Esther, below you can find the questions I prepared for the week as well as a video of my talk.
My hope is that in whatever season you may be in, Esther’s story will encourage and empower you to see that God has a beautiful story that He wants to write through your life–plans to use YOU to accomplish His purposes!
“God’s Spirit beckons. There are things to do and places to go!”
Romans 8:14-15 (MSG)
